Myco-Remedial Architecture: The Bridge

This design proposal is for a pedestrian bridge over the River Thames that acts as a large mycologic filter for the polluted river water. The filtered water is to be used in public swimming pools contained within the bridge. The design uses a biomimetic algorithm for form making that acts as a scaffold for the filtration units.
