Mourning Pavilion

The Mourning Pavilion, situated on the River Thames, envisions a public space for reflection and meditation, which literally mourns the loss experienced during COVID19 and other such devastating disasters.
Using the Thames water, the organ pipes connected to the sound chambers on the walls of the building produce wailing sounds; and the chambers release water to form the tears.
